We make honey drizzlers from a variety of woods which we coppice in our woodland, depending what we have available - especially ash, sycamore and oak. Think of this purchase as a lucky dip regarding the wood type. Mike makes them on a power lathe as they are rather fiddly for the pole lathe and we find they drizzle best when they are more delicately turned. We don't apply a finish for these as it can affect the taste of the honey.
Our products are certified by Grown in Britain licence GiB-F-WS-5117 as our woodland is managed effectively and sustainably
