These butter are knives are a gentle pleasure to use. Lightweight for a lunch box and environmentally friendly. Be generous with your fillings and try an alder or ash spreading knife. We make these using a an axe and Mora knife. They are finished with pre-oxidised linseed oil.
We make these knives with wood from our own woodland which has been awarded a Grown in Britain license GiB-F-WS-5117, to certify we manage our woodland effectively and sustainably
